Viking range hoods are recommended for 24"W., 30"W. and 36"W. non-griddle/grill ranges, rangetops, and cooktops. Units also come standard with a 460 CFM interior ventilator and feature a speed control switch and seperate on/off switch. To illuminate your range, viking wall hoods come with two dimmer controlled 50-watt halogen lights. Like the ventilator control, the on/off switch to turn on the lamps are seperate from the dimmer switch, enabling you to keep the lights at your favorite setting. Designed with easy cleaning in mind, these units come with a low-profile filter system meaning that there is less space that needs to be cleaned. The interior of the canopy is lined completely in stainless steel for high durability, elegant appearance and easy maintenance.

Viking manufactures chimmney style wall hoods in both ductless kitchen hood styles using a recirculating mechanism and models that tunnel air through an air duct. Viking wall hoods are available in both professional and designer series thus simplifying kitchen remodeling.

Professional Viking range hoods can accomodate an accessory rail on the front and back, or the front, back and sides. These must be considered ahead of time because they are installed at the factory. Included are supports/brackets and/or hooks that are stainless steel chrome. Professional Viking Range hoods can also be ordered with brass trim components that are treated with a protective coating so the brass will not discolor.
